0% Financing for 84 Months, up to $25,000, with up to $1,650 in rebates.

• Customer eligibility is based on timely utility payments.
• This program cannot be offered when utilities are split between PSE&G for gas and JCP&L for electric if a 90% AFUE furnace is already installed.
• Photos of the old equipment are required.
• Customer signatures must be clear. Unclear signatures have caused multiple processing issues.

JCP&L 

• 0% Financing for 84 Months, up to $25,000, with up to $1,900 in rebates.
• 8.99% financing for 120 months is available for all customers with a $100 processing fee.
• Low- to moderate-income customers may be eligible for 120-month repayment plans.
• Photos of the existing equipment are required.
• Rebates must be assigned to the contractor.

Credit Score and Financing Limits:

• 720+ = $25,000
• 700–719 = $20,000
• 680–699 = $15,000
• 640–679 = $10,000

NJNG 

0% Financing for 84 Months, up to $25,000, with up to $1,900 in rebates.

Approval does not require a credit check or bank involvement.

Approval requirements:

• No bankruptcy within the last 7 years
• No more than 2 late utility payments in the previous 12 months
• A photo of the existing equipment must be submitted.
• ACH is now available to receive funds instead of waiting for a check.
• NJNG offers a Hybrid Heat Program. A cold climate heat pump may qualify for a $2,000 rebate.
• Since NJNG is a gas company, the financing program can only be used if a gas measure is included as part of the project, such as a gas water heater or upgrading from an 80% to 90% furnace.
